Team Carnage’s Jaime Jara fought for the Pure Combat Fighters 185 Lbs. Middleweight Title in the main event against Stockton MMA Sensation Steve Heath . KnockoutTV had a chance to talk with the Champ before the bout and he said “ This is going to be a war, I came here to leave it all in the cage ”. You could see the intensity in his eyes, that burning desire to punish someone. His opponent Steve Heath had his own intentions , to ground and pound his way to a new Title in front of his hometown crowd. The stage was set for a couple beasts to go at it! When the bell rang for the 1st round , it was like you were glued to your seat . You couldn’t miss a single second, with both fighters displaying a mastery in the cage. In the end it was “El Cucui” who rose to the top with an awesome performance pounding Heath into submission, the referee stopped the match due to strikes at 4:39 of the 3rd round.
The Knockout of the night goes to Lance Wipf winning in 6 seconds of the 1st round Knocking Kelly Dullanty out with a single punch after being struck by a haymaker himself . Minutes later Dullanty was still unable to get up from the canvas. It was a great show !! All the fights were action packed. If you missed it, the next one’s in Visalia, California in June.
